Above was my biggest Carp of the trip a 34.8lb Common Carp.

To the right a brace of high 30lb+ carp  with a pair of 28.12lb Commons.

 This must be the best carp fishing in the world! The water system is massive, but there are also many quiet bays and backwaters teeming with wild, fighting fit and hungry carp. Once you’ve tried the St Lawrence, you’ll never want to fish a French lake again, because the fishing here is so fantastic.
